The value of unused credit on your Carnival Fun Pass is available for refunding from 9am Wednesday 20 April 2022 until 11:59pm Thursday 19 May 2022. Simply complete the refund request form which will be available on Wednesday 20 April and it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund attracts a $2.20 processing fee.

There will be an opportunity for guests to donate the value of unused credits to the Royal Agricultural Society Foundation Limited. The Foundation was created in 2007 with a mission to support the development of sustainable and resilient regional and rural communities across New South Wales by promoting individual and community growth via educational scholarships and community grants.

Together with generous donations from our supporters, the RAS Foundation has invested over $6.2 million into country NSW through a range of targeted grants and scholarships. To date, the RAS Foundation has supported over 600 rural scholarship students to reach their educational dreams and awarded 70 organisations vital community building funding.

Donations to the RAS Foundation Limited over $2 are tax-deductible. A deductible tax receipt will be emailed to donors in June 2022.
